Origin
Calendula, also known as marigold, has been used for skin care since the Middle Ages because of its positive effects on the skin. The precious plant with bright orange and yellow blossoms originally comes from the Mediterranean region.

Calendula is an extremely versatile traditional healing plant. With its regenerating and protecting properties calendula plays an important role for baby’s skin care. The ingredients of calendula have an anti-inflammatory effect and strengthen the skin against external factors.
